Who should be here?
The calendar, approved activities and approved leave set the school days, the hours and which students are expected.
Know what’s happening. Act on what matters.
SchoolGo brings your calendar, who is on campus, attendance and activity requests into one picture of the school day. Your team can see who is expected, what has actually happened and what still needs a person.

Every day starts with a plan. Then a student arrives late, another is absent, a class stays back, and a child is still waiting to be collected after dismissal.
Someone usually knows each of these things. The hard part is making sure the right people know, understand what it means, and can act.
Your people should not have to become the system that holds it all together.
Your school may already have systems for student records, learning and fees. SchoolGo covers the everyday events in between, in four steps.
The calendar, approved activities and approved leave set the school days, the hours and which students are expected.
Staff record real entries and exits and confirm who is present. A missing time stays missing.
An absence can be unexplained, reported or approved. SchoolGo keeps those apart instead of blending them into one mark.
Attention lists what is still unresolved and which decisions are waiting, so admins know where to look first.
Works alongside what you already use. SchoolGo does not do grades, fees or timetabling, so you do not have to replace anything to start.
An illustration of how the four steps meet in one ordinary day.
The calendar says today is a school day and when it starts. Aisyah is expected on campus.
Her mother has reported that she will be late. That report explains the gap, but it is not an arrival. Aisyah stays “not yet arrived” until someone records her Enter.
Her teacher can see the difference between an unexplained absence, a reported late arrival and an approved exception. When she arrives, staff record her as present.
Her teacher asked for a revision class and an admin approved it. Aisyah is now expected to stay until 4:30 PM, and everyone who needs to know can see why.
If her presence is never closed with an Exit, it does not quietly disappear. Attention lists it so the right staff can follow up.
Staff record who collected her, and a real Exit confirms she left campus. The end of the timetable alone never counts as proof.
Attendance, activities and requests are not kept in separate silos. SchoolGo connects them so the school can tell what is really going on.
Student presence, attendance, after-school activities and follow-up, in one connected place.
Your school week, separate hours for each weekday, and exceptional school days.
Record entries and exits on campus, confirm attendance through Morning Check, and see the latest recorded picture.
Attendance worked out from the calendar, presence and approved leave, with incomplete days shown as incomplete.
Extra classes and staybacks: requests, approvals, changes and a history that stays readable.
The gaps and pending decisions that need an admin, worked out from what SchoolGo already knows.
An at-a-glance view of the school day on a TV or kiosk, with student names hidden by default.
Screens are redrawn from the real SchoolGo product, with made-up names and figures.
A late update never becomes a made-up arrival. The student is recorded as present and the time is left open.
Permissions and explanations add context. They never replace an actual Enter or Exit.
Unconfirmed days are counted and shown as unconfirmed, instead of hiding behind a neat percentage.
What each person sees depends on the role the school gives them. Parents see only their own children.
Each school's records are kept separate. Your school decides who is included and who can see what.

Record truth once. Add context without rewriting the truth.

SchoolGo was built in Malaysia and is already in daily use in a Malaysian school. It was shaped by the questions teachers and administrators ask every morning and every afternoon.
You can begin with staff recording Enter and Exit and confirming attendance through Morning Check, with no check-in hardware. Dedicated check-in stations are being piloted with schools.
Your school sets its calendar and hours. People sign in with their school email and a one-time code, in English, Bahasa Melayu or 中文.
SchoolGo is a school operational awareness platform. It connects the school calendar, student presence, attendance, activities and follow-up, so a school team can see who is expected, what has been confirmed and what needs action.
A shared understanding, during the school day, of who is expected, what has actually happened, whether it is explained, and which situations need a person to respond.

Yes. The calendar holds different start and end times for each weekday, plus exceptions for particular dates.
No. SchoolGo records what school staff confirm, such as a real Enter or Exit. It does not track anyone's location. A departure needs a recorded Exit; the end of the timetable is not proof that a student has left.
No. It helps staff see what has and has not been recorded. It does not replace supervision, roll calls or professional judgement.
Parents sign in with the email address the school holds for them. They see their own child's attendance, activities and requests, and never other students.
