Schools have their own agreement

Schools use SchoolGo under their own agreement with us. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the school's agreement applies.

Your access

• Your school decides who can sign in and what each person can do. Questions about your access go to your school administrator.
• Do not share your sign-in codes or any access key your school gives you.
• Your school can change or remove your access at any time.

Using SchoolGo properly

• Record only what you know to be true. If you do not know when a student arrived, leave the time unknown.
• Use only the information your role is meant to see, and only for school purposes.
• Do not try to get around access controls or disrupt the service.

What SchoolGo is, and is not

SchoolGo shows what a school expects, what its staff have recorded, and what still needs attention. It relies on people recording real events.

• A count on screen is the latest recorded picture, not a guaranteed live headcount.
• SchoolGo does not know a student has left unless an Exit is recorded.
• SchoolGo is not an emergency or safeguarding system. It does not replace supervision, roll calls or professional judgement.

Changes to the service

We improve SchoolGo regularly, so screens and features may change.
